Archie, the restaurant´s namesake, was personal chef to movie director John Huston. His wife Cindy continues his legacy of tropical Asian cuisine based on Filipino, Thai and Chinese specialties. Try their Thai garlic shrimp, spicy stirred vegetables, crisp egg rolls, or hoi-sin ribs, and don´t overlook the Szechuan margarita! A classical duet plays Wednesday to Saturday evenings.
